We only used the climbing wall as a taster session, we will be going back and also explore more that Excel has to offer

Pilates course Tuesday evening 7pm. Very nice teacher helpful, made a difference to my back pain. They should run Pilates as a regular session it’s brilliant. I’ve done this beginners course twice and each time it was different and I got better each time.
